金红石型TiO2制备及提质技术的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 金红石型TiO2是钛工业生产中重要的原料,探究一种高效、清洁的人造金红石的制备方法已成为世界相关行业研究的热点。对二氧化钛晶型的转变以及人造金红石的制备及提质技术的研究结果表明:还原-氧化法,反应过程简单,适合含铁量较高的钛渣;亚熔盐法,反应过程中的酸碱均能循环利用;选择性析出技术,能够改变钛渣的矿相结构使钛渣中杂质转变为易析出物相;酸浸法,可利用废酸处理钛渣制备金红石。而通过对钛铁矿进行预处理、改性处理及机械活化等方式则可以提高金红石的品位。 Rutile TiO2 is an important raw material in titanium industrial production.Exploring an efficient and clean method for preparing synthetic rutile has become a hotspot in the relevant industries in the world.The research results on the transformation of titanium dioxide crystal form and the preparation and extraction technology of synthetic rutile show that the reduction-oxidation method has a simple reaction process and is suitable for tianium slag with high iron conten.The sub-molten salt method,the acid and alkali in the reaction process can be recycled;the selective precipitation technology can change the ore phase structure of titanium slag so that impurities in titanium slag can be transformed into easily precipitated phase;acid leaching method can use waste acid to treat titanium slag to prepare rutile.the grade of rutile can be improved by pretreatment,modification and mechanical activation for titanium ore.
