“小美再生”为目标的乡村聚落更新模式研究——以北京市水峪村为例

Research on the Renewal Model of Rural Settlements aiming at"Small Beauty Regeneration":Taking Shuiyu Village in Beijing as an Example

在乡村振兴的背景下,文章结合传统乡村聚落更新中的问题及原因,提出以"小美再生"为目标的乡村聚落更新改造的基本策略:村落场地的梳理、建筑风貌的延续及聚落空间的活化。以北京市房山区南窖乡水峪村为实例,通过一系列具体的策略来激活村落的内在活力,从而实现山居大美的"小美再生",并希望以水峪村这个典型案例探索一种具有普适意义的传统乡村聚落更新思路。

Under the background of rural revitalization,combined with the problems and reasons of traditional rural settlement renewal,this paper puts forward the basic strategies of rural settlement renewal and transformation aiming at"small beauty regeneration",which includes combing of village sites,continuation of architectural style and activation of settlement space.Taking Shuiyu Village as an example,a series of specific strategies were taken to activate the inherent vitality of the village,so as to realize the"small beauty regeneration"of"mountain dwelling and big beauty",hoping to explore a universal significance of traditional rural settlement renewal ideas with the typical case of Shuiyu Village.
