摘要 探讨了工程应用中HR3C钢焊接材料的选用原则。结果表明,在工程条件下,HR3C钢使用的焊接材料多为"异质焊缝"型。选用优质、合适的焊接材料和优化的焊接工艺,是控制和改善该钢焊接性的重要技术手段。所谓异质焊缝的"组织匹配"原则,即采用Ni-Cr-Co-Mo合金系的镍基奥氏体焊缝,保证接头获得满意的综合使用性能(含高温性能)和焊接性。工程上实用的工艺方法为GTAW,典型焊接材料的综合性能指标优势明显。 The selection principle of HR3C steel welding consumable in engineering application was discussed. The results show that the weld metal is mostly different from the base metal when the selected consumables are used under engineering conditions. The selection of high-quality,proper welding consumables and optimized welding process is an important technical means to control and improve the weldability of the steel. The so-called "structure matching" principle of dissimilar welds is the use of nickel-based austenitic welds with the Ni-Cr-Co-Mo alloy system to ensure that the joint can obtain satisfactory comprehensive service properties(including high temperature properties) and weldability. GTAW is the practical process in engineering,and test results indicated that the comprehensive properties of the typical welding consumables have obvious advantages.
