处理条件对棉包Freefit^(■)包芯纱线弹性的影响

摘要 文章研究不浸轧树脂高温处理和树脂免烫整理对棉包Freefit^R包芯纱线弹性的影响。将棉包Freefit^R包芯纱线在不同高温条件下处理不同时间,测试纱线的弹性伸长率。结果表明,不浸轧树脂整理液焙烘时,纱线弹性稳定性差,受温度影响较大;纱线浸轧树脂后弹性也明显下降,但温度对纱线弹性影响程度相对未浸轧树脂而言稍小一些。 The paper carried out a study on the influence of high-temperature resin treatment and resin noniron finishing on the elasticity of cotton/Freefit~?core-spun yarn.Cotton/Freefit~?core-spun yarn was treated under different temperature and different time for the purpose of testing its elasticity.The results show that the elastic stability of yarn is poor when it didn’t finish by resin and is greatly affected by temperature;although the elasticity of yarn with resin treatment also decreases significantly,it is less affected by the temperature.
