摘要
文章以3种天然纤维面料为研究对象,确定厚度为70μm的黏合材料的压烫黏合性能最优,与传统缝线接缝相比,压烫黏合工艺具有黏合强力高、耐酸碱洗涤性好等优点。为优化压烫黏合工艺,对面料种类、压烫压力、压烫时间、压烫温度等影响接缝断裂强力的因素进行L9(34)正交实验得出:影响接缝断裂强力的工艺因素大小依次为面料种类、压烫时间、压烫压力、压烫温度;织物a在压烫压力为5 kg,压烫时间为7 s,压烫温度为140℃时得到最佳的压烫黏合效果。实验所得优化参数和工艺稳定,具有良好的应用前景。
By taking three kinds of natural fiber fabrics as the research object,this paper conducted the conclusion that the material with a thickness of 70μm has the best fusible performance.Compared with traditional seam joints,fusible process has better assist in seam strength and construction,and is resistant to acid and alkali washing.In order to optimize related process,the paper carried out a L9(34)orthogonal test on the factors that affect the seam strength,including fabric type,pressing pressure,pressing time,pressing temperature.Results showed that the process factors affecting seam strength are fabric type,pressing time,pressing pressure,and pressing temperature in order.When the pressing pressure is 5 kg,the pressing time is 7 s,and the pressing temperature is 140℃,fabric a is obtained the best fusible effect.The optimized parameters and process obtained from the experiment are stable and have good application prospects.
