满足R46国际建议的新一代智能电能表法制计量分离方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对R46国际建议中提出的对电能表内部法制计量功能部分与非法制计量功能部分分离的要求,通过介绍R46国际建议中的相关要求,并对目前业内存在双芯电能表方案、单芯双核电能表方案、分体式电能表方案进行了详细的分析和对比。在此基础上了,提出了一种采用基表、主控板、模块构成的新一代智能电能表设计方案。该方案通过功能划区,较好地实现了计量功能部分的独立,能够兼容目前的计量自动化系统架构。采用灵活的模块化设计,方便进行更换升级,能够适应未来电力业务应用的需要。 Aiming at the requirement of separating the rule-of-law metering function from the rule-of-law metering function in R46 international proposal,this paper introduces the relevant requirements in R46 international proposal,and the detailed analysis and comparison are conducted that existing two-core metering scheme,single-core dual-nuclear metering scheme and split-type metering scheme in the industry.On this basis,a new generation of smart meter design scheme is proposed,which is composed of base meter,main control board and module.By dividing the functions,the scheme has better realized the independence of measurement function and is compatible with the current measurement automation system architecture.It is easy to replace and upgrade with flexible modular design,which can meet the needs of future power business applications.
