倍半萜内酯化合物santamarin对荷瘤小鼠抗氧化及免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of sesquiterpene lactone compound santamarin on the antioxidant and immune function of tumor-bearing mice

摘要 目的研究天然倍半萜内酯化合物santamarian(STR)对荷瘤小鼠抗氧化及免疫功能的影响。方法以荷小鼠移植性肝癌H22动物为模型,经口服给予STR 7 d后,采用考马斯亮兰蛋白检测试剂盒、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)检测试剂盒测定荷瘤小鼠肝脏组织中SOD的活性及MDA的含量。采用中性红吞噬试验检测STR对荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。采用二硝基氟苯诱导荷瘤小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH),检测STR对荷瘤小鼠特异性免疫功能的影响。结果与对照组相比,STR明显提高荷瘤小鼠肝脏中SOD的活性及明显降低荷瘤小鼠肝脏中MDA的含量,能增强荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及荷瘤小鼠的DTH。结论 STR的抗肿瘤作用与其提高荷瘤小鼠的抗氧化能力及增强荷瘤小鼠特异性及非特异性免疫功能有关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of sesquiterpene lactones compound on the antioxidant and immune function of tumor-bearing mice.METHODS The cytotoxicity of Santamarin(STR) on the hepatoma 22(H22) bearing in mice was evaluated by weight of tumor.The effects of STR on SOD activity and MDA quantity of liver tissue in tumor-bearing mice were tested by SOD kit and MDA kit.The effect of STR on non-specific immunity function was measured by macrophage phagocytosing neutral red assay and the effect on specific immunity function was observed by delay-type hypersensitivity(DTH) response induced by dinitrofluorobenzene.RESULTS In comparison with control group,STR could enhance obviously the activity of SOD and reduce the quantity of MDA of liver tissure of tumor-bearing mice.STR enhanced remarkably the phagocytic capacity of macrophage and DTH response in tumor-bearing mice.CONCLUSION The antitumor activity of STR maybe has relations with its effect which has enhanced the specific and non-specific immunity functions in bearing H22 mice and has enhanced the SOD ability and has inhibited the MDA quantity of tumor-bearing mice.
