GC-MS法分析接骨木三个品种叶中的挥发油成分

Comparison of volatile oil componentsin from the leaves of three varieties of Sambucus williamsii by GC-MS

目的研究接骨木3个品种叶中的挥发油成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取接骨木3个品种叶中的挥发油,利用GC-MS法分析挥发油样品中的成分。结果耐盐碱品种叶分离出36个化合物,鉴定出15个化合物,10个特有成分。天然红1号品种叶分离出78个化合物,鉴定出50个化合物,45个特有成分。青州15号品种叶分离出53个化合物,鉴定出12个化合物,7个特有成分。结论通过分析可找出不同品种接骨木的挥发油特征成分,为接骨木的开发利用提供实验资料。

OBJECTIVE To compare volatile oil constituents from the leaves of three kinds of Sambucus williamsii Hance.METHODS The volatile oil in the leaves of three species of S.williamsii was extracted by steam distillation.The components in the volatile oil samples were analyzed by GC-MS.RESULTS 36 compounds were isolated from Saline-tolerated variety leaves,and 15 compounds were identified,as well as 10 unique ingredients.78 compounds were isolated from Natural red No.1 sambucus leaves,and 50 compounds were identified,as well as 45 unique ingredients.53 compounds were isolated from Qingzhou No.15 variety leaves.There are 12 compounds,and 7 unique ingredients.CONCLUSION Through analysis,we can find out the volatile oil characteristic components of different varieties of S.williamsii Hance and provide experimental data for the development and utilization of S.williamsii.
