ICP-MS测定珍黄胶囊中铅、汞、镉、铜、砷的含量

Determination of Pb,Hg,Cd,Cu,As in Zhenhuang capsule by ICP-MS

目的采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定珍黄胶囊中铅、汞、镉、铜、砷的含量。方法样品经微波消解后,以ICP-MS同时测定上述5种元素,内标法定量。结果各元素的检出限在1.1~14.0 ng·L-1;定量限在3.7~46.7 ng·L-1;Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cu的线性范围分别为0~20、0~20、0~2、0~10、0~500 ng·mL-1;r均>0.9900,各元素的线性关系良好;平均回收率为92.1%~106.5%,RSD≤5.72%。结论所用方法简单、准确、可靠、灵敏度高、重复性好,可同时测定珍黄胶囊中的5种元素。

OBJECTIVE To detect the Pb,Hg,Cd,Cu,As in Zhenhuang capsule by ICP-MS.METHODS The five elements were detected simultaneously after the samples were digested by microwane digestion with internal standard method.RESULTS The detection limit was 1.1-14.0 ng·L-1 and the limit of quantitation was 3.7-46.7 ng·L-1.It showed a good linearity in the range 0-20 ng·mL-1(Pb),0-20 ng·mL-1(As),0-2 ng·mL-1(Hg),0-10 ng·mL-1(Cd),0-500 ng·mL-1(Cu);r>0.9900.The average recoveries ranged from 92.1% to 106.5% with the RSD≤5.72%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,high sensitivity,which can detect the five elements in Zhenhuang capsule.
