门诊药房应对新型冠状病毒疫情的药学服务实践与探讨

Practice on pharmaceutical care for SARS-CoV-2 epidemic in outpatient pharmacy

新型冠状病毒感染导致的突发疫情进入关键时期,并引起国际社会关注。四川大学华西医院门诊药房聚焦新型冠状病毒及疫情的发展,落实预防为主方针和加强重大疫情的管理,结合相关法规及防治指南,成立防治管理应急小组,加强人员培训,做好疫情防治工作,并在互联网医院设置"门特专区",让慢病患者足不出户就能解决好长期用药处方(续方用药)的问题,减少交叉感染。现结合门诊药房应对新型冠状病毒疫情的药学服务实践,讨论对应策略。

The outbreak caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection in China has entered a critical period.The outpatient pharmacy of our hospital focuses on the novel coronavirus and the development of the epidemic situation,implementing the policy of prevention and strengthening the management of major outbreaks,in combination with relevant laws,regulations and protection guidelines.We have established the prevention and treatment management emergency team,strengthened personnel training,taken personal protection,and set "special outpatient disease zone" to solve the problem of long-term prescription(continued prescription) for patients with chronic diseases at home.
