摘要
半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)可作为炎症因子参与细胞的凋亡、增殖及再生过程,通过介导成纤维细胞的激活及巨噬细胞的浸润,参与心、肾等重要脏器的炎症和纤维化过程。长期高血压引起心室压力及容量负荷增加、神经内分泌过度激活等因素导致左心室重构,最终走向心力衰竭,心肌纤维化是高血压左心室重构的重要特征之一。Gal-3是心肌纤维化独立的危险因素,在高血压左心室重构中发挥着重要作用。长期高血压-左心室重构-心力衰竭形成了一条重要的事件链,因此寻找高血压左心室重构的潜在治疗靶点尤为关键。
Galectin-3(Gal-3)is an inflammatory factor,involved in the process of cell apoptosis,proliferation and regeneration,participating in inflammation and fibrosis process of important organs such as heart and kidney by mediating the activation of fibroblasts and the infiltration of macrophages.Long-term hypertension can increase ventricular pressure,volume load,overactive neuroendocrine system and so on,which lead to left ventricular remodeling,and eventually result in heart failure.Myocardial fibrosis is one of the important characteristics of hypertensive left ventricular remodeling.Gal-3 is an independent risk factor of myocardial fibrosis and plays an important role in left ventricular remodeling in hypertension.Long-term hypertension-left ventricular remodeling-heart failure forms an important chain of events,so it is critical to find the potential therapeutic target for hypertensive left ventricular remodeling.
