摘要 当前,炎症相关结肠癌的分子机制已受到人们的广泛关注,但其潜在的基因、蛋白及信号通路仍不十分明确,核因子κB(NF-κB)家族成员及其调控基因与恶性肿瘤的转化、肿瘤细胞增殖、存活、血管生成、肿瘤的侵袭转移和治疗的耐药性有关,NF-κB信号通路在结肠炎及炎症相关结肠癌中也发挥着重要作用,探究NF-κB信号通路作用于结肠炎及炎症相关结肠癌发生发展的机制对提高疾病的治疗效果和改善患者的生存质量都具有重要意义。 At present the molecular mechanism of inflammation-associated colon cancer has been widely concerned.But its potential genes,proteins and signaling pathways are still not very clear.The nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)family members and their regulatory genes are associated with the transformation,tumor cell proliferation,survival,angiogenesis,tumor invasion and metastasis,and drug resistance of the malignant tumor.NF-κB signaling pathway also plays an important role in colitis and inflammation related colon cancer,exploring the mechanism of which is of great significance to improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of the patients.
