初产妇产后缺乳治疗的研究进展

产后缺乳指孕产妇分娩后乳汁分泌减少或无乳汁分泌。随着女性社会地位的改变,剖宫产率升高,产后缺乳情况越来越常见,尤其是初产妇产后缺乳情况更为严重。为保证婴幼儿的健康成长,积极治疗并解决缺乳问题极为关键。产后缺乳的治疗一直以来都是以药物为主,无论是西药或中药在产后缺乳治疗方面均有相关报道。西药方面常用促胃动力药、维生素E、催产素等,而中药治疗则需根据产妇缺乳具体证型选择合适的方剂,两者疗效均得到临床认可。但治疗期间应优先选择何种药物更具价值尚存争议,未来还应更进一步对比两者优缺点,找到更理想的产后缺乳治疗方法。

Postpartum hypogalactia is a reduction in milk secretion or no milk secretion after maternal delivery.With the change of women′s social status,the rate of cesarean section increases,and postpartum hypogalactia is more and more common,especially in primiparas.In order to ensure the healthy growth of infants and young children,it is extremely important to actively treat and solve the problem of lack of milk.Medication has always been the main treatment for postpartum hypogalactia,relavant reports are seen in both western medicine and Chinese medicine.Western medicine treatment includes gastric prokinetic drug,vitamin E,oxytocin,etc.However,traditional Chinese medicine treatment needs to choose the appropriate prescription according to the specific syndrome type of maternal hypogalactia.The curative effects of both are clinically recognized,but the value of which medicine is higher is still controversial.In the future,it is necessary to further compare the advantages and disadvantages of them to find a more ideal treatment.
