热物性测试和导热数值模拟法在工程设计中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对泰安市城区地源热泵地埋管换热器工程,通过合理选择测试参数,采用数值模型方法,测得岩土体初始温度为15.74℃,综合导热系数为2.944 W/(m·℃),综合体积热容为2.25 MJ/(m3·℃),钻孔总热阻为0.0674 m·℃/W;将空调负荷需求与岩土体综合热物性参数输入数值计算模型,经过逐时计算,得到二十年、十年模拟周期不同换热孔数的长期温度响应与耗能数据,结合投资预算,分别得到最优化的钻孔数量240个、170-180个;推荐系统安装完成后,夏季首先运行,以提高地源换热器岩土体的平均初始地温。 According to the project of ground source heat pump buried pipe heat exchanger in Taian city,the numerical model method is adopted by reasonably selecting the test parameters.The initial temperature of rock and soil is 15.74℃,the comprehensive thermal conductivity is 2.944 W/(m.℃),the comprehensive volume heat capacity is 2.25 MJ/(m.℃),and the total thermal resistance of borehole is 0.0674m.℃/W.The load demand of air conditioning and the comprehensive thermal physical parameters of rock and soil are input into the numerical model,the long-term temperature response and energy consumption data of different heat transfer holes in 20 years and 10 years simulation period are obtained by time-by-time calculation.Combined with the investment budget,the optimal number of boreholes is 240 and 170-180 respectively.After the installation of the recommended system is completed,the average initial ground temperature of the ground source heat exchanger is increased.
