宜昌磷矿北部某矿区磷矿选矿试验研究与评价 被引量:8

Mineral separation experimental study and evaluation of phosphate ore of a mining area in north of Yichang phosphate mine

摘要 针对宜昌磷矿北部某矿区磷矿矿石性质及可选特性,进行了单一反浮选试验、重液浮沉试验和重介质-反浮选联合工艺扩大试验,并对试验结果进行了综合评价。结果表明,采用重介质-反浮选联合工艺,比较适合该矿开发利用,在分选介质密度2.415g/cm3,磨矿细度-200目(-0.076mm)含量63.70%,原矿P2O5品位20.81%、MgO含量6.08%时,获得了精矿产率54.69%、P2O5品位30.58%、MgO含量0.87%,磷回收率80.36%的选矿指标。试验研究结果为该类矿石的合理开发利用提供了参考。 According to the ore properties and optional features of phosphate ore of this mining area in North of Yichang Phosphate Mine,we conducted a single reverse flotation test,heavy liquid float-and-sink analysis,and expansion test of heavy medium seperation and reverse flotation combined process,and we made a comprehensive evaluation of the test results.The results showed that the expansion test of heavy medium seperation and reverse flotation combined process was suitable for exploitation and utilization of the mine.The concentrate with yield 54.69%,grade of P2O530.58%、content of MgO 0.87%and recovery of P2O580.36%were gained when the medium density is 2.415g/cm3,grinding fineness-200 mesh content is 63.70%,undressed ore grade contains P2O520.81%(grade)、MgO 6.08%(content).These experimental study results could provide reference for the rational development and utilization of the similar ores.
