摘要
X射线智能分选技术具有高效、节能、环保的技术优势,本文通过分析宜昌磷矿的矿石性质和选矿现状,针对目前宜昌磷矿选矿技术的难点和环境保护等要求,讨论了X射线智能分选技术应用于磷矿选矿的可能,并对不同矿层磷矿的工业应用与重介质选矿技术进行对比,认为X射线智能分选技术适宜应用于宜昌中低品位磷矿选矿,且选矿效果、经济效益和环保要求上均可行,可以用于工业选矿。
X ray intelligent separation technology has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.By analyzing the ore properties and mineral separation status of Yichang phosphate mine,this paper discusses the possibility of applying X ray intelligent separation technology to phosphate mineral separation,and compares the industrial application of phosphate ore in different ore layers with heavy medium separation technology.X ray intelligent separation technology is suitable for processing medium or low-grade ore of Yichang phosphate mine,and it can be used for industrial mineral separation in terms of its effect,economic benefit and environmental protection requirements.
