动态心电图在老年心源性晕厥中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram in elderly patients with cardiac syncope

目的探讨动态心电图对老年心源性晕厥的诊断价值。方法选取我院2018年1月~2019年5月收治的90例疑诊老年心源性晕厥患者,通过动态心电图对患者进行动态心电图监测,观察晕厥组与无晕厥组发生晕厥与心律失常情况。结果90例疑诊老年心源性晕厥患者中,60例患者发生晕厥,72例严重心律失常患者。60例晕厥患者中21例患者发生心室停搏超过3 s,23例患者为心室停搏低于3 s,无患者出现再次晕厥现象,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对疑诊老年心源性晕厥患者进行动态心电图检测诊断价值较大,能够检测出心律失常类型,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram in elderly patients with cardiac syncope.Methods Nighty patients with suspected cardiogenic syncope who had been admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled.Dynamic electrocardiogram was used for dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring.Syncope and abnormal heart rhythm were observed in the syncope group and the non-syncope group.Results Among the 90 patients with suspected cardiogenic syncope,60 patients had syncope and 72 patients had severe arrhythmia.21 out of 60 patients with syncope developed ventricular arrest for more than 3 s,23 patients had ventricular arrest for less than 3 s and no patients developed syncope again,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with suspected cardiogenic syncope has great diagnostic value,which can detect the type of arrhythmia.It is worthy of clinical application.
