摘要
目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子2(IGF-2)在结直肠癌伴高脂血症患者中的作用。方法选择湖州市中心医院2015年1月~2017年12月确诊为结直肠癌的患者300例。采集患者的一般资料,包括年龄、性别、脂质代谢水平、结直肠病变特性等,运用统计学方法进行分析。在血清学层面,选择结直肠癌伴高甘油三酯血症的患者65例、结直肠癌不伴高甘油三酯血症的患者40例及健康人群40例,对外周血中的IGF-2进行PCR检测。在组织层面,选择结直肠癌伴高甘油三酯血症的患者25例和结直肠癌不伴高甘油三酯血症的患者20例,对组织中的IGF-2进行免疫组化和PCR检测。结果结直肠癌患者的甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白均高于正常人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在血清中,结直肠癌伴高甘油三酯血症患者IGF-2基因的表达量高于不伴高甘油三酯血症患者和正常人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在组织中,发现结直肠癌伴高甘油三酯血症的患者的IGF-2基因和IGF-2蛋白的表达量明显高于结直肠癌不伴高甘油三酯血症的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素样生长因子2(IGF-2)可能参与结直肠癌伴高脂血症的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the role of insulin-like growth factor 2(IGF-2)in colorectal cancer with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 300 patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed from January 2015 to December 2017 at Huzhou Central Hospital were selected.The clinical data of the patients including gender,age,lipid metabolism level,colorectal lesion characteristics,etc.were collected,and statistical methods were used for analysis.At the serological level,65 colorectal cancer patients with hypertriglyceridemia,40 colorectal cancer patients without hypertriglyceridemia,and 40 healthy people were selected.IGF-2 in peripheral blood was detected by PCR.At the tissue level,25 colorectal cancer patients with hypertriglyceridemia and 20 colorectal cancer patients without hypertriglyceridemia were enrolled.IGF-2 in tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and PCR.Results The levels of triglyceride,free fatty acid,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in colorectal cancer patients were higher than those in normal population,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In serum,the expression of IGF-2 gene in colorectal cancer patients with hypertriglyceridemia was higher than that in patients without hypertriglyceridemia and normal population,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In tissues,the expression of IGF-2 gene and IGF-2 protein in patients with colorectal cancer with hypertriglyceridemia was significantly higher than that in colorectal cancer patients without hypertriglyceridemia,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin-like growth factor 2(IGF-2)may be involved in the development of colorectal cancer with hyperlipidemia.
