吴明志运用柴胡郁金汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床经验

Wu Mingzhi's clinical experience in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver with Chaihu Yujin decoction

笔者通过跟诊学习与收集门诊医案,分析并总结了吴明志主任治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的诊治思路、临床经验及用药特色,并附一则医案佐证。吴主任认为,非酒精性脂肪肝的基本病机为脾失健运,痰浊内蕴,蕴结于肝,气滞痰阻,日久痰瘀互结。治疗原则为疏肝健脾、化痰逐瘀。吴主任临床诊疗立足于辨病辨证,以柴胡郁金汤为基础方,灵活加减,取得了较好的疗效,其临床经验值得学习和推广。

Through follow-up study and collection of outpatient medical cases,the author analyzed and summarized the diagnosis and treatment ideas,clinical experience and drug characteristics of director WU Mingzhi in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver,and attached a medical case served as evidence.According to Wu,the basic pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver is spleen dysfunction,phlegm accumulation,accumulation in the liver,qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction,and mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis for a long time.The principle of treatment is to dredge the liver,invigorate the spleen,remove phlegm and remove blood stasis.Director WU's clinical diagnosis and treatment is based on disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,with Chaihu Yujin decoction as the basic formula and flexible addition and subtraction,and has achieved good results,and is worth learning and promoting.
