高速公路隧道安全限速设置方法及工程方案研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国高速公里程的快速增长,高速公路隧道路段里程越来越高。高速公路隧道路段是事故多发路段,为减少隧道产生的安全风险因素,高速公路隧道内施行严格限速,目前关于高速公路隧道路段限速标准的研究还十分缺乏。分析了国内外高速公路限速概况、高速公路隧道限速设置的影响因素以及驶入隧道行驶过程。提出了高速公路隧道限速设置模型。基于串型影响因素模型,综合考虑了道路条件、交通条件和环境条件,结合层次分析法,确定了高速公路隧道限速设置模型。最后,提出了高速公路隧道路段的限速方案,并为限速方案的设置条件与约束提出了建议。 With the rapid growth of high-speed kilometers in China,the mileage of highway tunnel section is increasing rapidly.Highway tunnel section is the accident prone site.In order to reduce the safety risk factors caused by the tunnel,strict speed limitation should be implemented in the highway tunnel.At present,the research on the speed limit standard of highway tunnel section is still very lacking.This paper analyzes the general situation of highway speed limit in China and many developed countries,the influencing factors of expressway tunnel speed limit setting and the driving process of entering the tunnel.The speed limit setting model of highway tunnel is developed.Based on a series of influencing factors model,considering the road conditions,traffic conditions and environmental conditions,combined with AHP,the speed limit setting model of highway tunnel is determined.Finally,the paper puts forward the speed limit scheme of the highway tunnel section,and puts forward suggestions for the setting conditions and constraints of the speed limit scheme.
