运用护理项目管理改善手术室感染的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of nursing project management on improving infection in operating room

目的探讨运用护理项目管理改善手术室感染的效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年6月在我院手术室实施护理项目管理的402例患者作为观察组,以及2017年6月至2017年12月在我院接受常规管理367例患者为对照组。比较两组的手术室感染控制率和患者对护理团队的满意度。结果对照组的空气、表面和人员手部采样产生的菌落形成单位均明显多于观察组(χ2=31.893、33.939、18.221,均P<0.001)。观察组术后3例感染(感染率0.75%),对照组术后12例感染(感染率3.27%);观察组总感染率明显低于对照组(χ2=6.452,P=0.013)。与对照组相比,观察组患者的满意度明显提高(χ2=13.673,P<0.01)。结论本研究所提出的护理项目管理模式可以有效控制医院感染的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing project management on improving infection in operating room.Methods 402 cases of nursing materials in operating rooms with nursing project management plan of the hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 are taken as the observation group,and 367 cases of nursing materials from June 2017 to December 2017 with routine management are taken as the control group.The infection control rates in the operation room,and the patient satisfaction with the nursing team postoperatively were both compared between the two groups of patients.Results The air,surfaces and personnel’s hands samplings in the control group yielded significantly more colony forming units than in the observation group(χ2=31.893,33.939,18.221,all P<0.001).The total infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ2=6.452,P=0.013).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly improved(χ2=13.673,P<0.01).Conclusion The hospital-acquired infection incidence can be controlled effectively with the nursing project management mode mentioned by the study.
