领导者情绪管理对90后员工离职倾向的影响

摘要 随着90后进入社会,他们正在成为企业中的工作核心,有研究表明:作为新生代员工的90后,职场离职率较高,因而针对90后职场行为的相关研究变得刻不容缓。本文试图探究组织中领导者对员工的情绪管理行为对90后员工离职倾向的影响,并引入组织认同感作为中间变量,进一步讨论组织认同的两个维度组织信任和自我效能感在领导者的情绪管理与90后员工离职倾向影响关系中的中介作用。
