摘要
分析了风电项目投资后评价工作的背景和意义,介绍了投资后评价的依据、方法和内容,并归纳总结了投资后评价在前期开发、建设运营、经济效益及持续发展等方面的主要问题和经验。
This article proposes the background and signification of post-investment evaluation of wind power projects.The foundation,method and content of post-investment evaluation are introduced.The problems and experiences are summarized in terms of pre-development,construction and operation,economic benefits and sustainable development.
