综合延续护理对甲亢患者生活质量的影响

Study on the effect of comprehensive continuation nursing on the quality of life of patients with hyperthyroidism

目的探究综合延续护理对甲亢患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年1月—2018年10月本院收治的120例甲亢患者为研究对象,遵循数字排序法分组原则,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组60例。实验组施行综合护理干预,对照组施行常规护理。比较分析两组甲亢患者的甲状腺激素水平、心理状态变化、自我护理能力及生存质量评分。结果护理后,实验组的FT 4、FT 3水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的THS水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的SDS、SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的自我概念、健康知识水平、自我护理能力及自我责任感评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的躯体功能、物质功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对甲亢患者施行综合延续护理,护理效果确切,既可降低甲状腺激素水平,改善甲亢患者的心理状态,又可提升患者的自我护理能力,改善其生存质量评分,临床应用优势更为显著。

Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive extended care on the quality of life of patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods 120 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects from January 2016 to October 2018,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of grouping by numerical ordering,each group had 60 cases.The experimental group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention while the control group underwent routine nursing.The thyroid hormone levels,mental state changes,self-care ability and quality of life scores of the two groups of hyperthyroidism patients were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the levels of FT 4 and FT 3 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The THS level in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the self-concept,health knowledge,self-care ability and self-responsibility scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the physical function,material function,psychological function and social function scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive continuation nursing for patients with hyperthyroidism can ensure the thyroid hormone level,improve the psychological state of patients with hyperthyroidism,improve the self-care ability of patients,improve their quality of life score.So,it’s worth clinical application.
