以环保理念为原则,通过制订更为科学、合理、严谨的方法监管港口航道疏浚,希望能更好地提升泥沙疏浚能力,提出更合适的、系统的港口航道疏浚办法。

Based on the principle of environmental protection,we will supervise the dredging of the port channel by formulating a more scientific,reasonable and rigorous method,hoping to better improve the dredging capacity and propose a more appropriate and systematic method of port channel dredging.
