大型综合住宅小区地下室顶板及后浇带防水施工实践

Waterproofing Construction Practice of Basement Roof and Post-pouring Belt in Large-scale Comprehensive Residential Area

在整个地下室建筑施工过程中,地下室顶板及后浇带防水处理是非常关键的技术环节,直接关系到建筑的使用寿命和施工质量。目前,在部分地下室施工中,仍存在只重视底板、外墙防水,而忽视顶板、后浇带防水的情况,一方面为地下室的施工埋下了安全隐患,另一方面不利于接缝混凝土的浇筑。从地下室顶板及地下室后浇带防水处理2个问题入手,进行技术分析,希望为我国地下室顶板及后浇带防水处理技术的应用及研究提供借鉴。

During the whole construction process of basement building,the waterproofing treatment of basement roof and postpoured strip is a key technical link,which directly affects the service life and construction quality of the building.At present,in some basement construction,there is still a situation that only pay attention to the waterproofing of floor and external wall,but neglect the waterproofing of roof and post-pouring belt.On the one hand,it buries hidden safety hazards for basement construction,on the other hand,it is not conducive to the pouring of joint concrete.Starting from two problems of waterproofing treatment of basement roof and basement post-pouring strip,this paper carries out technical analysis,hoping to provide reference for the application and research of waterproofing treatment technology of basement roof and post-pouring strip in China.
