随着市场竞争日渐激烈,建筑工程施工也面临着极大的挑战,在施工过程中经常出现各种各样的问题。基于此,建筑工程施工单位想要取得一定的经济效益,就需要运用精细化管理模式。主要分析精细化管理模式运用在建筑工程管理中的重要性,并进一步阐述当前建筑工程管理存在的常见问题,最后探讨精细化管理模式运用到建筑工程管理中的对策。
With the increasingly fierce market competition,construction engineering is also facing great challenges,and various problems often occur during the construction process.Based on this,the construction engineering construction unit needs to use a refined management mode in order to achieve certain economic benefits.Mainly analyzes the importance of refined management mode in construction engineering management,and further elaborates the common problems existing in current construction engineering management.Finally,it discusses the countermeasures of applying refined management mode to construction engineering management.
