摘要
以委托代理理论为基础,分析影响核电项目EPC模式下分供方行为规范的因素,从监督和激励2个方面初步提出管理建议。以期为规范管理核电项目分供方行为,调动分供方工作积极性,促进核电工程总承包项目顺利开展提供参考。
Based on the principal-agent theory,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the behavioral norms of sub-suppliers under the EPC mode of nuclear power projects,and proposes management suggestions from two aspects of supervision and incentives.It is expected to provide a reference for the standardized management of nuclear power project sub-supplier behavior,mobilize the enthusiasm of sub-suppliers,and promote the smooth development of nuclear power project general contracting projects.
