摘要
研究不同水胶比下石灰石粉掺量(0,10%,20%,30%)对水泥砂浆3 d、7 d和14 d抗压强度和孔隙率的影响,并分析了抗压强度与孔隙率之间的相关性。结果表明:掺入石灰石粉降低了砂浆的早期抗压强度,并且石灰石粉掺量越高,抗压强度下降更为明显,同时石灰石粉降低砂浆3 d强度的程度相比于7 d更为明显;掺入石灰石粉增大了砂浆的孔隙率,且孔隙率随着石灰石粉掺量增加而增大;砂浆早期抗压强度与孔隙率之间存在一定的线性负相关,但相关系数不是很高。
The effects of lime powder content(0,10%,20%,30%)on the compressive strength and porosity of cement mortar at 3 d,7 d and 14 d were studied,and the correlation between compressive strength and porosity was analyzed.The result shows that the addition of limestone powder reduces the early compressive strength of mortar,and the higher the content of limestone powder,the more obvious the decline of compressive strength.At the same time,the degree of limestone powder reducing the 3 d strength of mortar was more obvious than that of 7 d.The addition of limestone powder increases the porosity of mortar,and the porosity increases with the increase of limestone powder.There is a certain linear negative correlation between the early compressive strength and porosity of mortar,but the correlation coefficient is not very high.
