摘要
构件设计的合理性直接影响装配式结构设计方案的可行性与施工难度。为了检验预制构件设计的合理性,在3D打印新型装配式挡土墙模型的基础上,开展了结构装配验证和方案优化。结果表明,采用3D打印预制构件对装配式结构设计方案进行验证,不仅具有效率高、成本低、节省材料等优点,而且便于对设计方案进行结构优化与施工工艺检验。
The rationality of component design directly affects the feasibility and construction difficulty of the design scheme of assembly structure. In order to verify the rationality of prefabricated component design,structural assembly veri?cation and scheme optimization were carried out on the basis of 3 D printing of a new type of assembled retaining wall model. The results show that using 3 D printing prefabricated components to verify the design scheme of assembly structure not only has the advantages of high e?ciency,low cost and material saving,but also facilitates the structural optimization and construction process inspection of the design scheme.
