安全管理是水利工程施工管理中关键内容,安全问题关系到工程能否顺利施工,也关系到施工企业经济效益、施工人员安全。由于水利工程施工过程及环节非常复杂,其安全问题的诱发因素也有很多,须从这些诱发因素角度进行深入分析,由此来制订出水利工程施工安全管理标准化的举措。基于此,对水利工程施工安全管理必要性分析,然后探讨水利工程施工安全问题诱发因素,最后提出构建水利工程施工安全管理的标准化举措,希望能够提供相应参考。

Safety management is a key content in the construction management of water conservancy projects. Safety issues are related to the smooth construction of the project,as well as the economic benefits of construction enterprises and the safety of construction personnel. Because the construction process and links of water conservancy projects are very complicated,there are also many inducing factors for their safety issues. An in-depth analysis must be conducted from the perspective of these inducing factors,in order to formulate measures for the standardization of water conservancy project construction safety management. Based on this,the necessity analysis of the construction safety management of water conservancy projects is discussed,then the factors that induce the construction safety problems of water conservancy projects are explored,and ?nally,standardized measures for constructing the construction safety management of water conservancy projects are proposed,hoping to provide corresponding reference.
