摘要
基于预制施工工艺的优点和技术发展成熟度,预制盖梁安装的工艺应运而生。预制盖梁有着外观质量好、经济成本较低、施工工期较短以及社会负面影响小等优点。结合马来西亚吉隆坡轻轨3号线(KVLRT3)工程的成功实例,着重介绍了轻轨桥梁预制盖梁安装施工工艺,以及相对于传统现浇施工方法的优势,为类似工程提供借鉴。
Based on the advantages of prefabricated construction technology and the maturity of technological development, the prefabricated cover beam installation process came into being. The prefabricated covered beam has the advantages of good appearance quality,low economic cost, short construction period,and small negative social impact. Based on the successful examples of the Kuala Lumpur Light Rail Line 3(KVLRT3) project in Malaysia,the prefabricated cover beam installation and construction technology of the light rail bridge and its advantages over traditional cast-in-situ construction methods are introduced to provide reference for similar projects.
