摘要
在建筑工程中,需要重点将现代化绿色节能建筑工程造价管理分析工作做好,以节能建筑为基础持续实施可持续发展,并结合具体工作管理要求,将具体措施落实好。鉴于此,文章首先对现代化绿色节能建筑工程的意义与作用进行了阐述,并阐述了绿色建筑工程技术现状,然后详细分析了绿色建筑工程造价控制要点,旨在能够助力我国建筑业实现可持续健康发展。
In construction projects,it is necessary to focus on the analysis of cost management of modern green energy-saving construction projects,to implement sustainable development based on energy-saving buildings,and to implement speci?c measures in accordance with speci?c work management requirements. In view of this,the article ?rst elaborates the meaning and role of modern green energy-saving building engineering,and elaborates the current status of green building engineering technology,and then analyzes the key points of green building engineering cost control in detail,in order to help China’s construction industry achieve sustainable healthy growth.
