摘要
停车难是当前城市发展的共性问题,巨大的停车需求要求充分利用城市边角地块开展停车设施建设。随机械式立体车库的应用,停车场建设面临场地窄小、深基坑的难题。钢支护如钢板桩、钢管桩具备强度高、防水好等优势,提出"两墙合一"和适当的防腐技术,使用钢支护同时用于围护结构和车库外墙,有效减少基坑开挖土方量,缩短工期,保证结构耐久性,有利于城市更新中的结构拆除和材料回收再利用,为其他项目提供案例。
The difficulty of parking is a common problem in current urban development. The huge demand for parking requires full use of urban corner plots to develop parking facilities. With the application of the mechanical three-dimensional garage,the construction of the parking lot faces the problems of a narrow site and a deep foundation pit.Steel supports such as steel sheet piles and steel pipe piles have the advantages of high strength and good water resistance. Considering "two walls in one" and appropriate anti-corrosion technology,that is,steel supports are used for both the envelope structure and the outer wall of the garage,which will effectively reduce the amount of earthwork excavated in the foundation pit shortens the construction period and ensures the durability of the structure.It is also conducive to the demolition of structures and the recycling of materials during urban renewal. There have been many successful cases at home and abroad.
