城中村集体经济发展中的多元共治——以南宁市X村为例

Multiple Co-governance in the Development of Urban Village Collective Economy——Take x village in Nanning as an example

随着城市化加快推进,不少城市形成了各种各样的城中村,原有农村的村级集体经济在市场经济环境下,转变为新的城中村集体经济发展模式。我国经济、社会正经历转型发展,城中村集体经济的发展模式也仍处于探索之中,发展过程面临诸多困难,原因也是来自多方面的。因此,需要政府、村组织和社会等治理主体共同施策,形成多元共治的治理格局助推城中村集体经济的发展。广西南宁市X村集体经济的发展是当下城中村集体经济发展的缩影,具有一定的典型性,选取作为分析样本有助于对这个问题的研讨。

With the acceleration of urbanization,many cities have formed a variety of urban villages.Under the market economy environment,the original rural village collective economy has been transformed into a new urban village collective economic development mode.China's economy and society are undergoing transformation and development,and the development mode of the village collective economy in the city is still under exploration.The development process faces many difficulties,and the reasons are also from many aspects.Therefore,it is necessary for the government,village organizations and the society to implement policies together to form a multi governance pattern to boost the development of the village collective economy in the city.The development of X village collective economy in Nanning City,Guangxi Province is the epitome of the development of village collective economy in the city,which has certain typicality.Choosing as the analysis sample is helpful for the discussion of this problem.
