摘要 通过对异型高耸群体筒仓结构复杂的截面形式、使用密封性功能严禁产生施工冷缝的重点,在密闭的高空间内筒仓的仓顶板钢筋制安及混凝土浇捣施工的难点进行研究,优化了异型相交部位的模板组成及油路控制系统并达到同步滑升的方法,解决了混凝土快速均匀分摊浇捣及密闭高空间内施工安全、质量、进度控制的难题。达到了此类结构安全高效、质量、经济的实施目标。 Through the study of the complex cross-section form of this kind of special-shaped high-rise group silo structure,the key point of using the sealing function to forbid the construction cold joint,the difficulties of the silo roof reinforcement fabrication and installation and the concrete pouring and vibrating construction in the closed high space are studied,the formwork composition and the oil way control system of the special-shaped intersection parts are optimized,and the synchronous sliding method is achieved,so as to solve the problem of rapid concrete rise.The problems of construction safety,quality and progress control in pouring and vibrating and confined high space shall be evenly shared.The safety,efficiency,quality and economy of this kind of structure are achieved.
