摘要
水运工程中靠船墩及码头桩帽等,均为较常见的以桩作为基础的桩顶混凝土结构,桩顶混凝土的施工有多种模板技术方案,针对某船闸工程靠船墩水上混凝土施工,利用已有临时钢结构平台,采用精轧螺纹钢反吊系统模板技术,使靠船墩水下部分模板施工实现水上施工,避免了水下施工的安全、质量风险及潮位变化无法施工的影响,提高了靠船墩的施工效率,确保了靠船墩混凝土的施工质量,为今后类似工程施工提供参考。
In the water transportation engineering,the berthing pier and wharf pile cap are common pile top concrete structures based on piles.There are many formwork technical schemes for the construction of pile top concrete.Aiming at the concrete construction on the berthing pier of a ship lock engineering,the existing temporary steel structure platform is used,and the formwork technology of refined rolling screw steel reverse hoisting system is adopted,so that the formwork construction on the underwater part of the berthing pier can be realized on the water construction,to avoid the safety of underwater construction,quality risk and the influence of tide level change can not be construction,improve the construction efficiency of pier,ensure the construction quality of pier concrete,provide reference for similar project construction in the future.
