高职教育对接地区经济需求,服务地方产业结构升级和经济转型发展.民营企业通过校企合作形式走进高职教育课堂内外,而高职院校毕业生又成为民营企业人力资源主力.该文探讨了高职院校与民营企业合作构建跨境电商产业的现代学徒制的人才培养机制.通过合理配置校企双方的教育资源,激发校、企、学徒的主观能动性,提高现代学徒制的教育质量.

Higher vocational education should keep close docking with needs of he local economy,serve the upgrading of local industrial structure and economic transformation development.Private enterprises enter the classroom of higher vocational education through school enterprise cooperation.The graduates of higher vocational college have become the main force of human resources in private enterprises.This paper discusses the construction of the talent cultivation mechanism of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges under the development of private economy.According to rationalize the distribution of educational resources for both schools and enterprises and stimulate the subjective initiative of schools,enterprises and apprentices,the quality of modern apprenticeship education will be improved.
