摘要
改革开放以来我国经济快速发展,技术进步迅速,人们生活水平日益提高,对建筑质量的要求也越来越高。建筑主体结构施工完成后会进入墙体抹灰装修阶段,而传统的木模板施工混凝土体质量优良率普遍不高,需采用20~30 mm厚的抹灰找平层使墙体垂直度和平整度从混凝土结构的8 mm提高到4 mm内以满足业主的使用要求,但增加相应的抹灰层厚度也就相应地缩减了住户各房间的净空间。
Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been developing rapidly,technology has been advancing rapidly,people's living standards have been improving day by day,and the construction quality requirements have become higher and higher.They are no longer satisfied with simple food,clothing and living.Generally speaking,after the construction of the main structure of the building is completed,it will enter the stage of wall plastering and decoration,while the traditional wood formwork construction generally has a low rate of good quality of the concrete body.It is necessary to use a plastering leveling layer no less than 20~30 mm thick to improve the verticality and flatness of the wall from 8 mm of the concrete structure to 4 mm to meet the use requirements of the owner,but increasing the thickness of the corresponding plastering layer will reduce the net space of each room.
