工民建施工中墙体裂缝的防治措施研究

建筑工程项目在施工建设过程中,应将施工质量和成品质量放在首位,但在对工民建具体的施工建设过程中,由于受到各种主客观因素的影响,其建筑墙体容易出现各种裂缝问题,从而使建筑项目的整体质量普遍下降。因此,主要就工民建施工过程中容易产生的墙体裂缝问题及产生的原因进行全面系统的分析,并根据这些原因提出针对性的有效的预防措施,希望可以为实际的裂缝防治工作提供一些有效建议。

In the process of construction,construction quality and finished product quality should be put in the first place.Construction sites such as major civil and industrial buildings,high-rise buildings,public facilities buildings are everywhere,and the construction industry has achieved unprecedented development.However,in the specific construction process of industrial and civil construction,due to the influence of various subjective and objective factors,the construction wall is prone to various cracks,which makes the overall quality of the construction project generally decline.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the wall cracks that are easy to occur in the process of civil and industrial construction and the causes,and puts forward effective preventive measures according to these reasons,hoping to provide some effective suggestions for the actual crack prevention work.
