摘要
钢板桩围堰是桥梁基础施工最重要的临时结构,传统深基坑施工工艺主要是采用钢板桩围堰+水下吸泥的方式。而官渡黄河大桥项目根据黄河滩地富水砂层的地质特点进行创新,即采用钢板桩围堰+管井降水的施工工艺,围堰内取土采用长臂挖机+高压射水、泥浆泵吸泥的施工方式,实现围堰内部干燥作业环境,提高了工作效率,加快了施工进度,保证了施工安全可靠。
Steel sheet pile cofferdam is the most important temporary structure for bridge foundation construction.Traditional deep foundation pit construction technology mainly uses steel sheet pile cofferdam+underwater mud suction.The Guandu Yellow River Bridge project is innovated according to the geological characteristics of the water-rich sandy layer of the Yellow River beach land,that is,the construction process of steel sheet pile cofferdam+pipe well precipitation,and the inside of the cofferdam uses long arm excavator+high pressure water jet,mud pump suction the construction method realizes the dry working environment inside the cofferdam,improves the work efficiency,speeds up the construction progress,and ensures the safety and reliability of the construction.
