With the continuous development of technology and power engineering construction,the scale of power engineering is gradually expanding,and the price of raw materials is rising.For the whole cost control process of power construction projects,the construction phase of power engineering is the key link of cost management.Most of the investment funds are put into use during this construction phase,and project investment is mostly realized at this stage,so the construction phase is one of the most complicated stages of cost control.This paper mainly analyzes the control strategy of power engineering cost management in the construction stage for reference.
