人防工程钢制防护设备门安装施工工艺分析

Analysis of Installation Process of Steel Protection Equipment Doors for Civil Air Defense Engineering

人防工程通常由口部和主体2大部分组成。口部是主体与地面的连接部分,主要包括出入口和防护措施等。出入口是供人员和设备进出的孔口,在出入口处安装有防护设施,主要有防护密闭、滤毒通风、洗消、核化自动报警控制和剂量监测化验设施等。其中防护密闭设施包括防护门、防护密闭门、密闭门和防毒通道。借助工程实例介绍了钢制防护设备门安装施工工艺,阐述了从结构施工阶段门框、吊钩等预埋预留安装到门扇安装、密封胶条安装再到调试运行、着色及标识喷涂整个过程的施工要点和质量控制标准。

Civil air defense engineering usually consists of two parts,the mouth and the main body.The mouth is the connection part between the main body and the ground,which mainly includes entrances and exits and protective measures.The entrance is an opening for people and equipment to enter and exit.Protective facilities are installed at the entrance and exit,mainly including protective airtightness,poison filtering and ventilation,decontamination,automatic alarm control for nuclearization,and dose monitoring and testing facilities.The protective closed facilities include protective doors,protective closed doors,closed doors and anti-virus passages.With the help of engineering examples,this paper introduces the installation and construction process of steel protective equipment doors,and elaborates the entire process from the pre-buried installation of door frames and hooks in the structural construction stage to the installation of door leaf,the installation of sealing strips,and the commissioning operation,coloring,and marking spraying construction points and quality control standards.
