摘要
K922是目前铁路使用面广、使用量最大的闪光焊轨机种类之一,操作方便,焊接性能稳定。主要针对钢轨型式试验前的准备工作、落锤断口分析以及工艺参数调整进行了探讨。
K922 is one of the most widely used types of flash welding machines for railways,with convenient operation and stable welding performance.This article mainly analyzes the preparation work before the rail type test,the analysis of the falling weight fracture and the adjustment of the process parameters.
