Discussion on Application of Green Building Concept in Super High-rise Office Buildings

超高层办公建筑在城市发展中越来越常见,虽然该类建筑的投入应用具备多方面优势,但是因此带来的能耗损失、资源浪费及环境污染问题同样不容忽视,在超高层办公建筑中贯彻运用绿色建筑理念也就显得至关重要。首先介绍了当前超高层办公建筑的应用特点及其常见问题,然后指出了绿色建筑理念应用的必要性,最后探讨了如何在超高层办公建筑中应用绿色建筑理念。

Super high-rise office buildings are becoming more and more common in urban development.Although the use of such buildings does have many advantages,the energy loss,waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by it can not be ignored.It is very important to implement the green building concept in office buildings.This article first introduces the current application characteristics and common problems of super high-rise office buildings,then points out the necessity of applying green building concepts,and finally discusses how to apply green building concepts in super high-rise office buildings.
