夯实水泥土桩在湿陷性黄土地区高层建筑中的应用

摘要 近年来,我国城市化的发展速度越来越快,建筑设施的规模开始逐渐扩大,建筑设施的数量也越来越多,这就使得地基的处理问题变得越发的复杂,需从中挑选出更适合其地质条件的地基处理方式,强化地基的承载力,减小工程造价,遵守技术安全可靠等的原则进行施工,制订出更为完善的施工方案,达到相应的设计要求标准。湿陷性黄土地区通常都是使用复合地基,该种地基的使用可以较好地处理好承载力低下等的问题,其所展现出的处理效果会比较好,具有较强的经济效益,可有效地节省下施工成本费用,缩减资金的投入量,其所展现出的发展前景十分广阔。 In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in our country,the scale of construction facilities is gradually expanding,and the number of construction facilities is also increasing,which makes the problem of foundation treatment more and more complicated.It is necessary to select a more suitable foundation treatment method for its geological conditions,strengthen the bearing capacity of the foundation,reduce the project cost,and comply with the technical safety.The construction shall be carried out in the principle of full reliability,and a more perfect construction scheme shall be formulated to meet the corresponding design requirements.In collapsible loess area,composite foundation is usually used.The use of this foundation can better deal with the problems of low bearing capacity.The treatment effect it shows will be better,with strong economic benefits.It can effectively save the construction cost,reduce the amount of capital investment,the development prospect it shows is very broad.
