单元式幕墙防水技术的应用有效提升了建筑工程的防水功能,实现了我国建筑工程的可持续发展。就目前的建设项目而言,单元式幕墙满足了人们对建筑外立面高质量、高效率的要求,成为人们关注的焦点。通过对单元式幕墙防水技术的概念进行论述,并分析了其应用原理,提出了创新设计及注意要点,希望对促进我国单元式幕墙防水技术的可持续发展做出积极贡献。

The application of the unitized curtain wall waterproof technology effectively improves the waterproof function of the construction project and realizes the sustainable development of China’s construction engineering. As far as the current construction projects are concerned,the unitized curtain wall meets people’s requirements for high quality and high efficiency of the building facade,and has become the focus of attention.This paper discusses the concept of unitized curtain wall waterproofing technology,analyzes its application principle,proposes innovative design and attention points,and hopes to make positive contributions to the sustainable development of China’s unitized curtain wall waterproofing technology.
