南京秦淮区穿斗式民居保护施工技术

Construction Technology of Protecting Dwelling Houses in Qinhuai District of Nanjing

南京历史文化悠久,具有鲜明独特的地域建筑文化特色。南京古建筑风格最为鲜明的是古民居,现在仍保留着的古民居有2 000多幢。许多古建筑由于年久失修遭到了不同程度的损坏,因此古建筑文物修缮与保护越来越受到人们的重视。以南京秦淮区门西古民居为研究对象,通过总结南京秦淮区门西穿斗式民居保护施工工程中的关键技术,对穿斗式民居建筑修缮提出了一些建议。

Nanjing has a long history and culture,and it has distinct and unique regional architectural culture characteristics. The most distinctive of the ancient architectural styles of Nanjing are the ancient houses,and there are more than 2 000 ancient dwelling houses still in existence. Many ancient buildings have been damaged to varying degrees due to years of disrepair. Therefore,the repair and protection of ancient architectural relics has received more and more attention. This paper takes Mengxi Ancient Residence in Qinhuai District of Nanjing as the research object. By summarizing the key technologies in the construction of the door-type residential building protection project in Qinhuai District of Nanjing,some suggestions for the repair of the residential building are put forward.
