电气工程作为建筑项目工程中的重要环节,其涉及到基础的照明工程、消防工程等,为此,在对建筑项目的电气工程进行设计时,应严格按设计基准来执行,进而为整体建筑质量提供基础保障。对BIM技术特性进行论述,对其在建筑电气设计中的优势进行分析,并对其在建筑电气设计中的实际应用进行研究。

Electrical engineering is an important part of the construction project,which involves basic lighting engineering,fire engineering,etc. For this reason,when designing the electrical engineering of the construction project,it should be strictly implemented according to the design basis,and then the whole building quality provides a foundational guarantee. This paper discusses the technical characteristics of BIM,analyzes its advantages in building electrical design,and studies its practical application in building electrical design.
