钢桁架混合梁斜拉桥索塔钢锚梁设计与计算

摘要 以某主跨800 m钢桁架混合梁斜拉桥为例,介绍该桥总体设计、结构体系、索塔设计和索塔钢锚梁的方案比选及设计,为了得到索塔锚固区在斜拉索索力作用下的应力分布情况,利用大型有限元软件建立索塔钢锚梁实体单位、板单元、钢筋单位混合有限元模型,进行局部详细应力分析。计算结果表明:在裸塔施工阶段、成桥阶段、运营阶段,除个别部位出现局部小范围应力集中外,结构的VON MISES应力、剪应力均满足规范要求;索塔锚固区各个构件应力水平适中,说明钢锚梁结构尺寸设计合理;通过对该桥的设计及局部详细分析计算的介绍,为钢桁架混合梁斜拉桥索塔钢锚梁的设计和计算提供借鉴和参考。 Taking a cable-stayed bridge of 800 m main span with a steel truss hybrid beam as an example,introduces the overall design,structural system,pylon design and pylon steel anchor beam scheme comparison and design. In order to obtain the stress distribution in the anchorage zone of cable tower under the action of cable force,use the large-scale finite element software to establish the solid element model of cable tower steel anchor beam,plate element,and steel unit mixed finite element model for local detailed stress analysis. The results show that :the VON MISES stress and shear stress of the structure meet the requirements of the code in the construction stage,bridge completion stage and operation stage of the bare pylon,except for the local small range stress concentration in some parts. The stress level of each member in the cable tower anchorage zone is moderate,which indicates that the structural dimension design of steel anchor beam is reasonable. Through the introduction of the design of the bridge and detailed analysis and calculation of the local,for the design and calculation of pylon steel anchor beam of cable-stayed bridge with steel truss hybrid beam to provide reference.
